Antique RPPC Divided Back ATWOOD, KANSAS Used 1907-1915 Family Store Vignette

Antique Divided Back Postally Used RPPC 1907-1915 of an AMERICAN FAMILY in Front of the FAMILY STORE in ATWOOD, KANSAS. On the back of the card in the message area is a woman’s name (Mandi Wilson) and Atwood, Kansas. The postmark also reads Atwood, Kansas. This is a very UNIQUE card in that the photo of the family in front of their store is in the form of a small VIGNETTE (approximately of 4 1/8” x 1.5”) that is affixed to the card. The people are wearing clothing typical of the period. The road in front of them looks like it is a DIRT ROAD. Standard size 5.5” x 3.5”. In good condition according to postcard rating system with worn corners (especially on the right side), discoloration in spots throughout the front of the card, and a crease in the upper right corner. The latter flaws are not detrimental to the overall appearance of the card in my opinion. Please see photo and you be the judge.
